Taylor Koch
Common Purpose Development - Managing Partner
Taylor Koch is a Development Officer responsible for opportunities in Ohio and the Midwest. Taylor has over 10 years of experience with the LIHTC program, having worked at two housing credit agencies and two non-profit developers. Previously, Taylor served at the Director of Multifamily Housing at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), where he led a 25-member staff in the administration of over $1.3 billion annually in 9% LIHTCs, 4% LIHTCs, tax-exempt bonds, and soft subsidy programs. A lifelong Buckeye, Taylor received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, a Master of Public Administration, and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Albert Matlock III
Common Purpose Development - Managing Partner
Albert Matlock III is an experienced real estate development and finance professional with deep expertise in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. He has originated, structured, and closed over $275 million in LIHTC transactions, contributing to the development and preservation of more than 500 affordable and mixed-income housing units. Most recently, Albert served as an Underwriter at New York State Homes and Community Renewal (NYSHCR), where he oversaw the full lifecycle of 4% LIHTC bond transactions and coordinated with developers, lenders, syndicators, and government stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey, a Master's in Real Estate Practice from Pratt Institute, and an MBA from Cornell University.
