Established in 2023 by Taylor Koch and Albert Matlock III, Common Purpose Development Group (“CPDG”) serves families and seniors in Ohio and Midwest who live on moderate or fixed incomes. The Common Purpose partners leverage their vast knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) as well as grants and subsidies from federal, state, and local municipalities to secure financing for developments and to provide safe, secure, and affordable housing of the highest quality.
